This is a printed headset spacer/adapter that blends to the underside of the new 2023 Roval Rapide bars to fit an older style Allez Sprint from the 2019 model year. It replaces the old headset spacer to give a smooth interface between the two parts. The lower diameter is standard 35mm headset spacer.
